Hi Tim & Rachel,
Thank you and your team for a well run rally under extreme conditions.

I keep telling people that you can't dampen the Irish spirit and the weekend proved it.
It was a hard event for me with small problems and first time out in a newly built car, however, the spirit was up as it was also my 60th birthday and I brought some friends with me.

On behalf of the London Irish Motor Club I would like to thank you, the organising team and the marshals from Mick Smith, David Ryan, Jeffery Dolan, Adrian Brolley, Willie Woods, Ruth Sheridan, Russell Brookes & Shaun Mullaly.

To Tim, Rachel & all involved in the Rally
Many congratulations to ye all for a wonderful rally on what was an extremly difficult rally for organisers and competitors alike. Despite the dreadfull weather we had a great time competing and it was a bonus for us to finish in 31st place. The organisation of the event was a credit to ye all. See ye again in 2007 (please give us an entry again!!!!)

I just wanted to thank you for organising a superb event last weekend in difficult circumstances.
Naturally, it's always pleasing when we get a good result, and for me 3rd overall in the Historics was my best result for a couple of years and rounded off an otherwise disappointing season.

Dear Tim
It was a pleasure acting as Club Safety Officer over the weekend. It is a long time since I worked with such a dedicated team of officials. The work they did over the weekend was second to none, especially bearing in mind the weather that had to be contended with. It is great to see new blood coming in and doing a great job as these are the future of our sport. You now have a great blend of experience and youth willing to learn which should give KDMC continued success for the future. As you know I would not be one to throw praise around lightly, but these guys deserve it in abundance. It is easy to criticise when things go wrong but it is every bit as important to say well done when it goes right.

Most everything has been said by now and it is evident that nothing can dampen your event. It must be very gratifying to you all knowing how much we as competitors look foreward to The Killarney Historic Rally, it is a testament to you as organisers and our friends in the sport of Historic Rallying.
